Heidi made the 2016 vintage in a focused, beautifully knit style that’s concentrated and highly detailed. The wine spends 20 months in oak and 20 months in the bottle before release and offers a parade of focused red and black fruits, minerals, and vanilla bean.

“Dark Cabernet color with beautiful aromas of black cherry, cassis, plums, 5-spice, vanilla. Big, ripe and mouthcoating across the palate. The flavors are similar to the aromas with ripe fruit, berry/cherry pie, moderate tannins, and nice length.
